George P. Delucchi, CPA

Mr. Delucchi has over 40 years' experience providing a full range of tax services to a diverse array of clients and business sectors. He is a former partner of the national firm of Wolf & Company, and is a founding Partner and the Senior Partner of Delucchi, Hawn & Company.

Mr. Delucchi heads up the tax practice for the firm and is widely recognized for his expertise in estate, gift and trust, charitable giving, retirement and related services, and he is frequently engaged as a speaker on these topics.

Mr. Delucchi is an accounting graduate from San Jose State University . He is a member of AICPA, CSCPA, California State Society's Committee on Professional Conduct, as well as many governing Boards and charities. He is also a fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners and past President of the San Jose Chapter of the CPA Society.

Wayne J. Dippel, CPA

Mr. Dippel's 20 plus years in the public accounting field span a broad client base ranging from professional services, manufacturing and distribution to technology. He is a former partner in Thompson, Dippel and Hawn, and came to us through the merger of the two firms in 1996.

Mr. Dippel has extensive knowledge working with profit and non-profit organization audits and code requirements, and, is highly proficient at assisting troubled small businesses to structure successful reorganizations. He does extensive tax work and is currently one of the principal tax reviewers in the firm.

Mr. Dippel graduated from San Jose State University with a major in accounting and a minor in finance. He is a member of the AICPA, CSCPA and many local charitable organizations.

Peter J. Malutta, CPA

Peter J. Malutta is a partner with Delucchi Hawn & Col, LLP, a certified public accounting firm based in San Jose, California.

Mr. Malutta serves individuals as well as corporate clients representing a wide array of industries specializing in construction and technology, as well as real estate and related services, retail and wholesale sales, and professional service corporations.

When working with these clients, his services typically include:

• Tax planning and compliance, from developing tax saving strategies to tax return preparation for individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations.
• Directing audits, reviews and compilations to product meaningful financial statements, while continually looking for ways to help improve the company's bottom line.
• Working with start-up businesses in developing strategies to prosper in today's challenging environment.

In 1996 Mr. Malutta entered public accounting with Pon & Stiff, CPA's. He joined Delucchi Hawn & Co., LLP, in 1999 and was rapidly promoted to Manager and then admitted as a partner in 2008. Peter graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Malutta is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Thomas S. Robinson, CPA, MS Taxation

Mr. Robinson has over 20 years in the tax and accounting arenas, is a former employee of the regional firm Lautze and Lautze, and a founding Partner of Delucchi, Hawn & Co., LLP.

Mr. Robinson has provided tax and accounting services to a varied client base in the South Bay for over 20 years. His depth of experience and ongoing education, pertaining to continually changing tax laws and accounting issues, ensures that his clients receive well-founded and effective solutions when confronted with personal and business needs.

Mr. Robinson holds a Masters degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University as well as a BS in Agricultural Economics from UC Davis. He is a member of the AICPA, the CSCPA. He also serves on the Board of several local charities and is a member of many civic organizations.

Nicholas G. Streit, CPA, CVA, MS Taxation

Mr. Streit has over 25 years' experience in the public accounting field and is currently the Managing Partner. He is responsible for the accounting and auditing practice and is also a Certified Valuation Analyst holding the CVA Certificate. He is a former member of the national firm of Wolf & Company and a founding Partner of Delucchi, Hawn & Co. , LLP.

Mr. Streit provides tax and accounting services to business and individual clients, while never losing sight of their ultimate vision. In fact, he frequently facilitates the goal-setting process - helping clients to first define their goals, create a formula for achieving them and, finally, to stay on course to realize their vision.

Mr. Streit holds a BS degree in Accounting and Economics from Gonzaga University and a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University . He is a member of the AICPA, CSCPA, and the NACVA, as well as many civic, community and charitable organizations. Mr. Streit is also active in local politics, and is past Mayor of Saratoga.

Skip Sutton, CPA

Mr. Sutton has over 18 years in the public accounting field with a broad client base in small and medium sized businesses, technology and emerging start-ups. He was a partner in O'Neil & Sutton, CPAs for eleven years, and came to Delucchi, Hawn & Company through a merger of the two firms in 2001.

Mr. Sutton's specialty is his ability to synergize the tax planning of his corporate clients to ensure that from both a personal and business standpoint, they make the best possible decisions to ensure long-term financial security.

Mr. Sutton holds a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Washington ; he is a member of the AICPA and CSCPA.
